Day 01: Arrival at Cochin
On arriving at Cochin International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed and received by our tour representative.
Rest of the day is free. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 02: Cochin
Morning explore the town. You will see the towering Chinese fishing nets on the harbour and the houses dotted with colonial architecture. Must-see places are the old spice market at Mattancherry, the antique shops on Jew’s street, the Synagogue, the Dutch palace and of course St. Francis Church. Evening enjoy the Kathkali dance.
Overnight in the hotel.
Day 03: Cochin / Alleppey
After breakfast Check out your resort and drive to Alleppey; also known as Venice of the east by its special geographical features as the place is famous for its vast back water stretches and paddy fields. By 12 pm you can board your houseboat to explore the back waters and its serene beauty. Enjoy the ride through the lagoons and veirgin coir villages, small islands etc; delicious cuisines and an overnight stay on board.
Day 04: Alleppey / Periyar
After breakfast get down from houseboat and drive to Periyar. Upon arrival check in the hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight in Periyar.
Day 05: Periyar / Munnar
Morning enjoy the boat ride into Periyar wild life sanctuary. The national park is home to a large variety of flora and fauna. You can easily spot tigers, elephants, gaur, bison, barking deer, mongoose, foxes, mouse deer and leopards.
Later in the afternoon drive to Munnar, the gateway of hills inSouth India. Enroute visits the Waterfalls and Tea Gardens. Check-in to the hotel on arrival. Relax for a while and rest of the day you can explore the beauty of the nature. Overnight stay at the hotel in MUNNAR.
Day 06: Munnar
Morning visit Eco point, Blossom Park, Hydel park, TATA Tea Museum and factory and tea plantations. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.
Day 07: Munnar / Madurai
Morning drive to Madurai. Upon arrival check in the hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight in Madurai.
Day 08: Madurai
Breakfast and go for city tour. Major attractions covered will be the 1000 pillared Meenakshi Temple, Thirumalai Nayak Palace and Gandhi Museum. Besides, the special night ceremony performed at the temple will offer you an awesomely enchanting experience. In the evening be the witness of evening ceremony at Meenakshi Temple. Overnight.
Day 09: Madurai / Kovalam
After breakfast drive to Kovalam for your beach stay.
Day 10: Kovalam
Day is free for leisure and relaxation.
Day 11: Kovalam
Day is free for leisure and relaxation.
Day 12: Kovalam or Marari / Departure
Morning transfer to airport to board the flight for onward journey.
